Copyright and Ownership

Mr. Thai Music publishes music and visual content with varied creative contributions, including possible AI-assisted elements. Ownership and copyright eligibility depend on applicable law, documented human authorship, licenses, and individual release records. Publication does not itself establish registration or exclusive rights in every element.

License Requests

For synchronization, commercial usage, reproduction, sampling, adaptations, lyric reproduction, or master-use permissions, contact us with the specific work, intended use, territory, term, media, distribution, and budget. No permission is granted until confirmed in a written agreement by the authorized rights holder.

Copyright Infringement Notices

To report allegedly infringing material, identify the copyrighted work, the specific allegedly infringing URL, your contact information, a good-faith belief statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. Send notices through the contact channel below. This is an intake process; it is not a representation that a statutory DMCA agent has been designated or registered.

Counter-Notices and Disputes

If your content was removed in error, contact us with the affected URL, your identification, a good-faith statement and supporting documentation. Any formal DMCA counter-notice process will be handled according to applicable statutory requirements.

AI-Assisted Content and Rights Verification

Release metadata may identify AI-assisted tools and pending rights review. Do not assume that a track has completed copyright certification, registration, distributor clearance, or sample clearance until expressly confirmed.

Repeat Infringement and Enforcement

We may remove disputed material and restrict repeat infringing activity when appropriate. We reserve rights and remedies available under applicable law.
